What We Do

The goal of our research is to understand the basic immunology underpinning cancer, autoimmunity, and autoinflammation. To do this, we study unique animal models that replicate various human diseases. In collaboration with local scientists, we conduct cutting-edge cellular and molecular research that advances our understanding of immune-based pathologies. In turn, this research improves our ability to generate pre-clinical therapies to treat diseases that afflict millions of Americans.
